On behalf of our renowned customer, a multinational company with HQ in Ticino, we are looking for the following profile, to join a dynamic and international team:



- Manage EMEA training programs
- Develop and direct sales training plans, programs, and procedures
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Department to identify key training objectives, training needs and market trends
- Working with Sales Operations Direction, organize, plan and provide training sessions to sales force during sales meetings
- Assist in the development of tools, models and processes designed to prepare and support new and existing sales people (CRM, training platforms, hand-on-materials, etc.)
- Evaluate new training programs to improve effectiveness.
- Coach trainees on a variety of effective sales techniques
- Conduct orientation and training sessions for non-sales staff members
- Prepare reports on progress, analyze performance of sales personnel
- Assist in recruitment of sales personnel


- Mandatory: background in DENTAL/MEDICAL FIELD
- Master's degree and/or 4-10 years related experience in the role, in dental/medical sector
- Fluency in English. German will be considered as a plus (additional European languages will be appreciated)
- Communicative and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving approach, open mind, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, results-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
- Availability to travel extensively (in Europe and internationally)
